THE LEAN

Place your hands flat. Softly close your eyes.

Press down firmly with your left hand for five seconds.

Let your right hand rest completely light.

Feel the lean in your shoulders.

THE RECOIL

Shift. Apply pressure to your right hand.

Let the left one go soft.

Notice the change in perspective.

THE AXIS

Press with equal power in both hands.

Push until you feel your spine lengthen.

This is equilibrium.
